FULL DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT
A full assessment of learning needs
• Diagnostic assessment for children ages 8 - 17
• In depth assessment to diagnose dyslexia and specific learning difficulties
• Identifies learning strengths and weaknesses
• A detailed report provides recommendations for school, home, exam access arrangements and technology
• We collect background information from parents and school to get a full understanding of every child.
• Fully SASC compliant report
• Report can be used to access support in the future at university (DSA)​

EXAM ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS
Exam support
• Ensuring that children have the right Access Arrangements in place before formal exams is key for success.
• All testing is in line with the strict JCQ guidelines and includes: liaison with the school, completion of the Form 8​ and a short report is also provided.​​​
• Arrangements such as extra time and scribes can have a huge impact on exam results for learners with dyslexia.
• Assessment should be carried well in advance of formal exams (i.e. SATS, GCSEs, A Levels)

• Multi sensory, meta-cognitive strategies used alongside repetition and over-learning
• Specialist literacy teaching and phonics programs

DYSLEXIA SCREENER
Screening for risk of dyslexia
• Screens for dyslexia and provides an 'at risk' quotient
• Broadly identifies some learning strengths and weaknesses
• Provides an insight into the likelihood of a person having dyslexia but does not provide a diagnosis
